I heard they are looking hard at the Super Hornet. Didn't know about the Mig. They already have Hornets in the inventory. Seems like a good way to go. I guess I'd rather see more Hornets than a Mig in North America!

Sorry to confuse things, the Canadians are not going to contest the Mig. It's going to be the Swedish Griffin, European Euro Fighter or the F18. The main story here is India. India has a mix of Soviet and other equipment for many other countries.

LTC (Join to see) - My youngest son is stationed at JBER and they scrambled quite a few times in the last year as the Soviets, I mean the Russians pushed the international boundaries by a ton or so.
We expected to see that sight in Germany back in the day. I'm glad it never came to that!
