OK... so first off, I read that article "how to spot a fake antifa account" and it was honestly a little sparse on details aside from "why would an antifa group in Boston reference a protest that didn't take place in Boston". I mean c'mon now... by that logic... why are all these people outside of Massachusetts concerning themselves with the events of Massachusetts. It's National News, that's why. It's called networking.
Next, the article mentions links to other antifa movements in 1% areas. Why again is this hard to believe??? Because spoiled rich kids don't have an excess of money or time to be involved in stupid causes like this??? Honestly the article trying to prove it false is just as stupid as blindly believing it's true.
Aside from that, my take on it is this... I saw the post and I was incredibly disappointed and sad. I looked up the facebook page and if it's a hoax, it's a very well established hoax because this page has been going on for months at least. This post bothered me for a couple reasons. 1... I'm from Massachusetts. Born and raised. 2. Massachusetts is the Birthplace of the US Constitution. As liberal as Massachusetts is, it saddens me to think that at one point in time, the Massachusetts Constitution once stood as the framework for all the Rights we know and have today. 3. The sheer number of people on my friends list that I could see literally supporting this movement because "they're driving the Nazis out of Mass" makes me more inclined to believe it as real.
The group may or may not be real... but real people are rallying behind them. And that thought terrifies me.

It's amazing how there are actual articles on how to spot Antifa accounts. On to the second stupid comment. Bolshevik vs Brown shirts. Really. Antifais a terrorist group as much as the white supremacists
. They attack people of differing views, not just hate mongers. The shout down speakers if differing views. This is still America with a Constitution. That gives individuals the freedom of speech. Their sole purpose is to silence the opposite. That will never happen.

Antifa reminds me very much of the Brownshirts. Destroying property & setting fires & attacking people in order to stop someone from speaking reminds me of Kristallnacht and book burning.
