It is indeed hard/interesting to believe that Brazil had a major military complex at one time. She had tons of carriers, battleships, etc. Where'd it all go? Well sadly, poor people have hard times focusing on running equipment when their tummy's are growling. So while he may wax poetic about it and want to revive parts of it, fixing Brazil's classless society (you're either rich or poor) might go further to help him.
