There are citizens of other countries interested in the 2016 US election. The question in my mind is was this done as a hactivist or as a state actor? Big difference.

(Join to see) - I learned Russian when I was a cadet at West Point in the 1970's. My wife is Cuban so I understand basic Spanish as well.
Since you made a sarcastic post about Russians I thought it made sense to use some Cyrillic alphabet Russian in a light response.

(Join to see) - I recognized that. Foreign governments have been trying to "hack" our government and sensitive economic "systems" for many decades [paper and voice prior to computers]. I was assigned to the Pentagon and worked as a consultant there from 1996 until 2010.
