I can not, in good conscience, like this post. I (as a Recruiter) agree with his boss. Social Media generates a lot of people that want to be your “friend”, but I haven’t seen it produce 1 single contract in the last 4 years. We use it more for putting out information about events and maintaining contact with prospects, applicants, and future soldiers (those already in DEP). I also use it to maintain contact with guys that have enlisted and completed IET... But as a recruiting tool, not a lot of value.
