MSgt Danny Hope thank you for the share and the information. We train our folks all the time on this new system and I believe they're teaching the same information at their respective AIT. I've talked with quite a few younger folks and they are not happy about the transition. They'll take what they can get but at the same time, that 20 year pension was a huge recruiting tool that's now gone.
