I can't understand why the judge didn't rule this as frivolous when he tossed it out (which they can before a trial if they don't find any basis for the lawsuit).
All I can hope is that if this DOES go to trial that after whatever info is put forth, that if it does meet the criteria of a frivolous lawsuit that the presiding judge deems it so and socks the heck out of this guy for fees, penalties, etc.

I would agree but look at the advertising BWW is getting from this, anyone with an ounce of brains knows Boneless Wings are not Wing meat so he is just helping them out IMHO.
