Joe is trying his best to bring back all the old failed Obama policies. Which we will end up paying a price for.

Its all about undoing Trumps orders an laws an bringing back what he an former president Obama spent 8 years achieving. Once that's all achieved he'll push what was left undo on that agenda. This will just be an extension of his last vice presidency.

So, the executive actions that violate the separation of powers and are clearly enumerated in Art I Sect VIII don't bother you. Got it!

Excutive orders aren't only meant for temporary action until congress can draft approve an send a bill, law, or package to a president. I'm just saying all the executive orders he's doing that are upsetting people right I don't care about. The left is saying he doesn't doing enough. He's pushing orders because he knows that trump devoted in the house an Senate won't pass his agenda or his handlers agenda. The democrats only have the house an white house. No one has the senate it's even split. What Washington does or doesn't do has no play over my personal life local politics do. For those who get bent out of shape over what happens on the federal level need a hobby or life. What your town/state does has more of a direct impact on you than what the feds do. It's tug of war at the federal level. The next republic president will just undo whatever Biden signs/signed into law once their elected an the cycle continues. It's been this way for decades. Whatever you think the feds are gonna do means your state is already ahead if you live in the opposite state of your political party.

EO's are not meant to be law, they are executive actions meant to manage the bureaucracy. The US Constitution clearly states, "All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States." EO's that violate Art. I. Sect. I. as well as any law that violates the legislators Art. I. Sect. VIII. enumerated powers of the US Constitution are unlawful, period. and if they scotus doesn't apply the letter of the law, their opinions also violate the integrity of the US Constitution.

The US Constitution is clearly a guide limiting their power. I find it disturbing that people who swear fealty to the US Constitution have "no opinion nor care on the politics" when we see EO's like BO's DACA become permanent law because the scotus didn't interpret the enumerated powers, as written.

As I said in my opinion EO should be temporary nothing more. A mere measure until congress can pass legislation. Not everyone is going to agree with you on what the constitution says. The average american only knows the first 10 amendments within the constitution. Many will say it needs to be updated when it doesn't. Politics are getting to the point of convincy nothing more. Parties want to pass what they want to pass when it's good for them without reaching to the other side. Both parties are guilty of this. When we get a president who doesn't are about their cooperate backers or foreign investors/donors is the day hell freezes over. Not trying to be smart but well never get a president who cares about the interests of us all. Maybe one side but not us all.
