Democratic Party and the entire Russian Investigation is one big lie designed to thwart the Trump Aministration and ultimately the will of the electorate. The Logan Act was the excuse but note the conclusion to this article:
“And by the way, when it finally came time to charge Flynn with a crime, did prosecutors, armed with the transcripts of those Flynn-Kislyak conversations, choose to charge him with violating the Logan Act? Of course not. But for the Obama team, the law had already served its purpose, months earlier, to entangle the new administration in a criminal investigation as soon as it walked in the door of the White House.”

MAJ Eric G Troup First off collusion isn't a crime, even if it was done. Second it was president elect Trump, not candidate Trump. Different rules apply to both statuses. Witch hunt, partisan politics, deep state and own party against Trump. Not a chosen one, everyone is against him. Teflon Don will be fine, and this will just waste millions of dollars.

1stSgt Nelson Kerr Not necessarily, listened to several discussions that Alan Dershowitz had in regard to all matters of obstruction. Found that constitutionally POTUS cannot be charged with any form of obstruction. Cannot be charged with something he has the constitutional authority to do. Would cause a constitutional crisis in the United States.

Dershowitz is opely partiaan. And even a cop.or a proctor can be charged with obstruction if the intent is corrupt. That is established law. Intent is everything in a obstruction case since the crime exists only of theor is unlawful intent. Read the federal law invoved.

Correct, collusion is not a crime (except in unique instances of antitrust law).

You must be referring to the Russia dossier funded by the Podesta group and Clinton campaign. Those pesky election laws which prohibit foreign nationals from contributing any “thing of value” to an electoral campaign. The Democrats are not in power and they still are wasting millions on nothing.

I agree this is a bag of nothing! Flynn was charged for the same thing Trump fired him for. He lied. Maybe Flynn got the habit from the Obama White House where he worked.
