back some years, before this event BG Antonetti was working Army side at OTAG, and at the end of the year they found a lot of extra ammo, and the Adjutant Gen(Air National Guard) asked BG Antonetti what he was going to do with the extra ammo - and Antonetti being involved with whatever bullshit the Army is all about these days responded that we didn't have time to use it- the AG told him ' you are Army, you shoot things and blow things up, you will use the ammo' and so the soldiers of the Cal Guard got to use the ammo despite Antonetti's intended use of their time.

Something tells me there is a LOT more wrong with CA ARNG than just the Bonus scandal. I remember waaaayyy back when I was in uniform. CA ARNG guy pointing his rifle at passing civilian cars while in the back of a Duece...........you have to wonder about his peers and general leadership of a unit where that kind of thing could happen. California then passed a misdemeanor law against pointing a rifle at people because some of those motorists were so upset. Understand the "One Bad Apple...." analogy but I have heard complaints from Active Duty to CA ARNG transfers as well in the leadership area post 2000.

You may be correct, SPC Erich Guenther. The more I hear about it, the more it sounds like a large cover up.
