'Cal 3' backer urges court to dismiss lawsuit opposing California break-up plan

I know that had water rights always has problems(taking water to underpopulated Northern California to feed thirsty Southern California with the Aqueduct going back a hundred years.

Maybe Californians and Southern California will have to pay extra for seawater desalination plants if the California Aqueduct from Northern California gets turned off. I wonder if immigration issues, as well as carbon tax expenses to business and the rank-and-file, is also part of the problem that led to this Rebellion and soon-to-be voter initiative this coming November.

Look at Germany with its illegal immigration influx and Angela Merkel's government is close to collapse. It goes to show that global warming or now they call it 'climate change' because it's not very scientific, is causing so much chaos and they (the voters)believe that Sacramento is no longer in touch with the rank-and-file person is why California may split up into 3 States. I was born in Los Angeles and that would be California of the future though my mom's house is in San Bernadino County (which is actually part of Southern California of the future). I don't think California is going to be a RED state for very long if it breaks up into 3 though I know that Northern California will stay red as well as California. It's possible that Southern California will go conservative. Will they all go Democrat? Will one stay Blue ?? Hard to say.
