If social distancing and masks don't work in prison then what good are masks? This is a huge mistake because they will just commit more crimes just like they did in other areas of the country. They committed a crime, they can do the time, COVID19 or no COVID19. But it is Liberal California, the hell with citizen, support criminals.

Capt Dwayne Conyers Newsom is trying to reduce the taxpayer $ spent on inmates that only convicted of doing “little wrong” stuff. I am sure he does not cause convicted 1st degree murders to exit California’s prison system without a body search, any contraband they might possess should remain in custody!
