I cannot help but admire their zeal, even while deploring the way they went about it. The neighbors report crime is way down, even after the couple moved away.

wait not counting the beating isn't that what cops do with bait cars. LOL well I guess the beating can be thrown in to in the case of the thick headed

Some great comments after the article. I wish they would have gone to the police, but if I’m not mistaken The state of California has made it legal to steal, so what is a person supposed to do?
