California Democrats want some businesses to fork over half tax-cut savings to state

Typical Democrats, wanting more money for social programs. I beat they would not be required to turn over half of their tax brakes. No wonder California is going down the tubes. I would bet if this did happen, most if not all the major companies would close up their doors and move to another state. Because of the Democrat mind set, this is one reason why companies left the US to go overseas.
