Openly defying federal law is insurrection. President Trump should federalize the CA National Guard and in conjunction with US Military forces in the state, arrest all legislators until their allegiance can be ascertained and guaranteed, or they are taken under arrest. California should be administered by the US Military until new civilian leadership loyal to the United States can be elected or emplaced.

I think the way for should be a little more subtle: withhold funding for colleges, schools, roads, etc....every penny that the fed normally gives out...at some point the voters will wake up
