That was good news IMHO CW5 Jack Cardwell although it was unsurprising California governor Jerry Brown wanted to garner national attention by no-complying. He no doubt wants to position himself for a presidential run as an ultra liberal candidate.

(1) I left active-duty in 2006 and received my final discharge from the IRR in 2014;
(2) Governor Moonbeam is not and never was my Commander-in-Chief;
(3) Ergo, I'm under no obligation to kiss his ass or any other elected official; AND
(4) I hereby exercise my prerogative and my 1st Amendment right to speak contemptuously of ANY tax dollar-sucking politician who DESERVES such contempt, ESPECIALLY an anti-American criminal-coddler like Jerry Brown who, along with the rest of his tax-mongering gun-grabbing Political Correctness Thought Police left-wing cronies, is utterly destroying my once-great former home state (I lived in SoCal from 1981-99 and again from 2006-2011).
