I realize the law was made during times of slavery, but the law is very much purposeful now. I was appalled they also repealed the Good Samaritan Law. They should just stop funding California altogether.

SPC Margaret Higgins I mean where is there a sense of safety? They are basically making it more unsafe taking these deliberate measures to repeal laws that actually have purposes. But they are so worried about racism and offending the populace safety is put on the backburner.
