worked for us in the various BDUs and OG107s...not sure what the problem would be to keep doing so

Because it's a pain to roll them up the way we did it on the BDUs. And now the cuff button is on the inside - yet another little pain added to the process. I'd love to spend the last few years of my career not dealing with some idiot making sure just enough camo is showing on my uniform.

From Cotton OD Green fatigues to BDU's the rolling up of sleeves have never been a problem and is a decision that should be left at BN or Company level depending on the Unit, the heat index category, and training status. This is not something that a Four Star Gen., should address.

It all comes down to the powers that be did not want their little soldiers sun burnt when I first join the military I don't think that was the top of the list of problems seems someone is making pretty good money off of all the new styles of BDU'S that are well connected I'll leave it that have a good one warriors
