this will be unconstitutional, and precedent was set regarding a state trying to remove a Christian Foster care facility from state contracts because of their stance regarding the same issue. The block is clearly violating the Companies freedom of religion rights. Who they donate to is not grounds for this type of action. They serve everyone who comes through their doors, regardless of race, sex. creed, or preference.

It’d be easier to insert a contract clause that the restaurant must be open 7 days a week - a lot of people travel on Sundays. The whole point of the rest stops is to serve the traveling public.

For being one of the largest lgbt communities in the country, I don't blame them.
