Wouldn't it be nice if we had elected leaders who did their jobs. Instead of harping on every popular issue of the moment to garner votes, they should be dealing with real legislative needs. If the federal government has the power to establish regulations for controlling substances (such as drugs), then states must abide by those regulations. If not, then each state may decide for itself (all rights and powers not specifically granted to the federal government are reserved for the states and the people). So where in the Constitution does the federal government derive the power to regulate marijuana and its use? Not saying it does or doesn't. Just challenging...

Yes. The US treats marijuana as a Schedule I drug. Anyone interacting at the federal level must understand that fact. It is illegal under US law. For example, all border crossers with MJ will be subject to fines, referral for prosecution, and seizure of their vehicles. Aliens will be subject to the same, plus they may be denied entry into the US and may be barred from reentry. It is possible that aliens who are involved in the MJ industry will be denied entry as narcotics traffickers.

Wow!! Banned for life, seems a bit harsh on my opinion. Especially when there are states here that have recreationally legalized it. Good post man!
