I knew I was in trouble the first time an attractive woman smiled in my direction and said hello. I returned her smile and greeting, and then realized she was talking on a cell phone using a tiny headset. Now people wonder why I'm not polite when meeting people. At my age, I don't remember who I know and who I don't... Ultimately, I have to ask, Could we have survived had the cell phone never been invented?
