I don't think the CEO should be held responsible for an employee committing suicide.
He manages 45,000 people. If the job is to much for you than just quit and be happy doing something else. I am sure their is more to this story, broken relationship, excessive drinking, drug use that contribute to her committing suicide.

Its Never the Heads of the corporate Ladders Fault... the Minions driving the Train are the problem ... push Buttons and issues and male thinly wailed suggestions...

105 hours of overtime in a month? Most of us work 10 hour days, I don’t eat lunch. In March that is 22 work days is about 220 If I worked on Saturday at 9 hours that is 45 hours for a total of 265. But if I drill on the first weekend of the month take away 9 hours and add 16 hours that takes me to 272. So in a month where we have to work 6 day weeks and time for drill that is very hard. This person worked 40 hour week (8 x 22days) 176 hours. Plus 105 extra time. 281 in one month. That 9 hours more. So I work 6 day work weeks at an advertising firm? And I kill my self? Yea what we are looking it is a Japanese snowflake. Never heard of one cause in their culture they are usually hard driven people. So yes Virginia, unicorns do exist. This is like a black swan event. That’s a lot of math for one day. I’m going to bed!
