Interesting, so many ideologies influencing this speech! Where was this given and for whom was it intended??

This speech was done by Charlie Chaplin it was done for the movie the great dictator kind of a movie parodying Adolf Hitler at the time since the movie came out in 1940. This scene in particular was meant to be more of direct jab at him which did strike some controversy at the time because we were not at war yet.

I'm a huge fan of this movie as well normally not really a Charlie Chaplin fan but this movie was great.
