China banks reportedly to halt business with North Korea as South Korea sends $8 million

China's action goes to illustrate what happens when one has a US president that isn't particularly interested in kicking the can down the road and leaving a pile of crap for his successor. South Korea's action is what happens when you elect a weak-willed leader that is willing to kick the can down the road.
