The Russians were supplying them during the Korean War, even going so far as to pilot North Korean planes against us. It appears not much has changed.

SSgt (Join to see) - I am afraid you are right. Being part Russians myself, I am reminded of a comment my brother-in-law once made. Referring to feast celebrations, he said that it was not really a church picnic until there was a fistfight in the parking lot!!! We Russians are a bellicose people as it is revealed in that anecdote.
