Do30 is just mad at the cia for blowing up a hotel in davao by accident, and then the cia came into the police station and managed to talk the suspect out of custody in the middle of the night, then all hopped a plane to the usa, have never been seen again. All while du30 was prosecuting the american suspect. This happened in 1997, and he is still pissed at the usa. He does not like americans much. Hopefully i will never cross his path.
