China’s military tech is becoming less of a joke and more of a threat

When I was first stationed in Japan you could pretty much count on being inport from Thanksgiving to the beginning of January. This was because China didn't operate their ships in the winter. By the time I was on my last ship over there, 7th Fleet had to keep ships underway year round because now China was too.

I just shake my head when people joke about China's capabilities. Yeah, they might not be as good as or have the same capabilities we have with certain things, but they will, it's just a matter of time.
