China's actions are par for the course; they prepare for the eventuality that the Korean Peninsula flares up, just as we prepare in the event of the same to protect our assets and our interests.

Korea is flaring up and NK has launched a sixth missile, despite US posing a threat with nuclear air defense systems. China is concerned and will not cow down to NK or US threats; it is another World Power, which is another permanent UN member. Show of Force is essential to contain NK, because it is behaving childish. Russia is taking a hardline with US to tame a wild high-roller, who gambles to win only, regardless of consequences; risky business for all.
NK has become a big ole baby, which threatens to bring the big boys to its level, because NK has hedged its risks in ransomware from off-shore locations. NK believes it can scale up ransomware variants and sustain itself, it's threats and it's nation, even against the big 7. Killing an heir to NK in a foreign country was NK's way of informing the World that they can attack anywhere.
