CIA Director says more agents being sent into field

The ideas the Director has seem to be good allowing those closer to the action and with more knowledge make the calls during tactical operations/situations. Lets just hope that when things go sideways, as Murphy's Law dictates from time to time, some Case Officer or Deputy Station Chief doesn't get crucified for making a call with the best intel they had at the time.
