Citing probes, military agency bars access to Flynn records

FOIA request is a lot different than a subpoena. Agencies often use "national security" for basis to refuse, also "executive privilege". Mueller will likely get almost anything he asks for in the proper manner. Maybe not WH stuff, due to executive privilege, but a judge has to rule on that.
