Took me a few minutes just to figure out what CLOs stood for.. (granted most of the site visitors would already know this.)

Seems like a dense article for just a few useful takeaways that the average person can use. I wonder who the writer imagined to be the intended audience?

This sounds like a fee service company which might be a bit costly for the average NCO to complete before release. I would definitely check into the particulars. It makes sense but is written by a retired MGEN employed by the firm.
