Ok, maybe I am missing something.. What exactly was the sexual “misconduct”?
Is this one of those “Miss” jokes?
Example: Miss Interpreted.
Miss Applied.
Miss Take
Miss Directed.
Was it attempted sexual conduct that “missed”?
Was it “Miss” Conduct by a “Mister”?
Or was it perhaps “Miss Named” which could make it a “Miss Nomer”?
I am all at sea here.

That was the full extent of the Navy Times article --- more details may come out later.

If this was on a submarine it is another great reason why females don't belong on them. It is impossible to get past somebody without brushing past them. It might help to remember that one of the first mixed ship crews was on the Eisenhower. Every female was non-pregnant when they set sail and every one of them was married to a squid on a different ship or boat. When they came back they were all pregnant and a few porn tapes made on ship were found. The males were punished, but, not the females.
