Sometimes there is just insufficient proof for some charges
Coast Guard Seaman Ethan W. Tucker, right, was accused of killing Seaman Ethan Kelch, left, in Alaska in January 2019. On Thursday, Sept.17, 2020, a military judge found Tucker not guilty of involuntary manslaughter and negligent homicide but guilty of assault consummated by battery. Tucker was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, reduction to paygrade E-1, and 14 months confinement.

Justice is a thing of the past in the U.S. .....
Acquitting the guilty and condemning the innocent — the Lord detests them both. ~Prov. 17:15

As I posted to Dave Aronberg's public / political page (15th SAO Judicial District). Just in case I'm not heard from...again. :-)

Why no investigation into the homicide of Nia Lee Ankner?

Investigating her murder ourselves we've discovered Fla Stat 782.04 is mostly being ignored; not just in Palm Beach County, but State wide. Please, tell us who we must bribe to get even a small amount of justice.

In Palm Beach County, with over 2000 illicit and "legal" opiate deaths since the opiate murder law was enacted; and ONLY THREE homicide prosecutions from the 15th SAO?!

With 782.04 in your arsenal why are thousands of opiate murderers allowed to walk the street - like Kelly Anne McCauley? The vast majority of opiate related deaths not even investigated as homicides....

In Palm Beach County; the families of opiate murder victims are defamed and left twisting in the wind; at least we have been after such a loss. How we've been treated by local authorizes is in some ways worse than the murder itself. From the dark pit we've been left in - there is no "equal justice under law" in Palm Beach County...period.

As I've/we've publicly posted, stated, and asserted; and will continue to do so....

Three guys go out drinking. They all drink to much and one dies. So you charge one of the two with the death of the third? I sure hope there was more than the article said. Who the hell referred the charges? I hate to see when commanders just blindly listen to lawyers. Just as much as when they listen to doctors!
