Colombia finds two, million-dollar 'narco subs' in 48 hours

When the media says that the vessels are "valued at $1,000,000" then the media is either simply inventing numbers (you can churn those suckers out for WELL under $50,000 a unit) OR the "Unregulated, unsubsidized, independently operated, importing and distribution organizations" plan on making MORE than $1,000,000 in profits on the cargoes those vessels will carry over the vessels' projected "useful life spans". [Or both.]
