MSG (Join to see) It comes down to one thing for me when I read stories about Colonel and high ranking officers getting relieved from command or a position - they didn't HOLD FIRM TO or EXERCISE their Leadership Commitments, Traits, and Characteristics! When you cross the line or fall below those covenants you pay the price - period!
