This is an attempt to quell dissent over over-arching gun laws. The Supreme Court will ultimately decide the merits of this matter. God forbid were they to take all guns. An insurrection would happen and the Sheriffs are right to do this. SGT (Join to see) With all due respect they have reason to complain but agree with the suit and stays. SSgt (Join to see) I was on my tablet at work when I made the initial comment and it didn't come out the way I wanted. If the AG were to file suit on the sheriffs it'd be thrown out, with prejudice. So the AG's office is using the only tool it thinks it has, The Court of Public Opinion. That's going to backfire also.
