Colt M1911 - Development and Operational History, Performance Specifications and Picture Gallery

One of my favorite pistols of all time for sure. It is an American classic. I owned one for many years (it was stolen). I will likely buy another but also have found I like the Glock 45's too. I have a Glock 21, Gen 4 and it is a nice weapon as well. Nothing will replace the classic lines, the famous reliability and the history of the 1911 Colt though.

Please bring back the .45!!!!
