My issues come from the lack of convenience. Despite being on base, they close in the early evening and are closed like 2 days a week. Whereas the Walmart just off base is open 24/7 and has a larger selection. Another thing I have an issue with is there's a big sign plastered on the wall right by the registers that say "Baggers are unpaid and work for tips". Like really... I don't need that kind of guilt trip when I'm going shopping. I just want to purchase my goods and go home like a normal person. Don't give me the sad puppy dog eyes on my way out the door.

LOL, yes. When I get two items and bag them myself (or just carry them out) they stare daggers at me like I killed their dog.

I stopped going years ago for the reasons stated. Kroger has become my Commissary, sales prices are unbeatable. Meat is another story, my preference is Black Angus from another local food chain.
