Sounds like Mayor more concerned that it may stop the city from getting the land.

CW5 Jack Cardwell Maybe but since it was a Navy Ammo Dump, I Guarantee that it is Hazmat City and all the soil needs to be removed and or decontaminated (Burned at Extremely High Temperatures). Putting Human Beings there before that would set this country up for some Outrageous Civil Suits down the line. Can't say I would blame the Mayor since His City Would be sued also.

What about the living conditions of service members who put their lives on the line everyday..just saying, and we are worried about people who illegally crossed our border, I think our priorities are a little skewed..
