7.3
The use of alcohol shall not be permitted on the Jamboree site. Some exceptions may be made for Adults in confined areas, in accordance with the host country's habits.
The Host Organisation must ensure that condoms are readily and easily accessible for all participants and IST at a number of locations on the site. Heads of Contingent must be informed in advance and made aware of their responsibility in communicating this policy to their Participants, Unit Leaders, Contingent Staff, and IST in an appropriate way. When making this information available onsite, consideration shall be given to the various cultures and beliefs present.

Ladies and gentlemen, we are witnessing our society go the way of the Romans. We are watching as the "seven deadly sins" erode the fabric of our society. Every where we look, we see examples of lust, sloth, greed, gluttony, envy, wrath, and pride. Any mention of this happening will have you tarred and feathered by the very vocal minority that is being allowed to dictate the narrative of everything we see. It's truly sad.

First off, I am an Eagle scout. Many countries have a scouting program which goes to jamboree, and many countries have a less taboo attitude toward sex. This may help mitigate transfer of STDs.

Has anyone actually read the referenced document. It is a World Organization of the Scouting Movement (WOSM) document from March 2016 in preparation for the World Jamboree. It is not a document prepared by or further endorsed by the Boy Scouts of America. WOSM is not the BSA!
