Confusion in Afghanistan as U.S. cancels NATO flag-lowering ceremony

Why doesn't this surprise me??? We couldn't even get there to start with so why not expect leaving to be just as much of a mess. I really think we should help most of the people leave there before the Taliban begin murdering; AGAIN!
