Congress Divided as Shutdown Again Threatens Troop Pay

They play these games because you and I allow them to. What's our main focus? Hilary's emails? Trumps taxes? How about getting off our asses and actually enforcing a budget? Too many stupid voters. Go back a few years with all the folk worried about whether or not a candidate was wearing a lapel pin. And people wonder why we're not allowed to vote... Its sad because we the people, removed governor Grey Davis for not doing what he was supposed to do. Why don't we "remove" people more often?

@Livingston We should care more...Storming the hill demanding either their jobs, their pay or both. These elected officials have had it too comfortable for too long. I firmly believe we need to clean house and if they aren't going to do their jobs, fire them. I'm sure there are people that could really use work right now that have just as much if not more knowledge and experience than these dumb people there right now.
