Congress Forgets How To Pass A Law

That can't be serious is it ? I'm not even in congress and know how items are supposed to be voted on. Many of the rules of conducting votes etc even organizations in the public, cities, towns as as standard practice. Even our Post of the American Legion know the process to make change to our own By laws and We even know where our gavel is, have a back up gavel, or if desperate a back up substitute besides should the focus be what they are trying to accomplish in the fist place ? I our post I've even prepared a script to lead anyone that might fill in to run a Meeting so all procedures are followed a strict adherence to being called upon to have the floor to speak and not be interrupted . We even have a judge Advocate to make rulings on scene and the Regulations and By Laws or minutes of meeting on the subject are right there for immediate reference if needed. The adjutant both voice record and writes the minutes to each meeting of any sort. It just isn't that difficult. ! Talk about useless, without direction and lacking any common sense at all, no wonder they can't get anything done.
