With the pending change in the administration, this one is overcome by the election. We still need responsible oversight on government agencies and adherence to standards. We don't want to end up like the Chinese and not be able to breathe.

Sgt Wayne Wood - We have good science and passed good laws under Nixon in 1973 to regulate Coal burning particulates like NO3 and SO2. We successfully reduced acid rain and have kept cranking on particulate size since then.
We went away from science when the government starting pushing CO2 as a pollutant.
Remember the scientific process:
1) Develop a hypothesis to PROVE the theory.
Democrats just want to skip this step and not actually use science.
We need to focus on ACTUAL pollutants, not plant food.

LTC John Shaw - i served under Nixon... i remember when "Global Warming" became the new liberal article of faith (after the coming Ice Age and the population bomb failed)

Sgt Wayne Wood - I grew up in the 70s and was a Boy Scout reading articles about the new Ice Age in the 70s, remember the blizzards! Of course we would not be able to raise enough food with frozen tundra. Let's hope we can get back to real scientific pursuits and results.
