I have read that the most vulnerable parts of our electrical grid, the ones that must be "hardened" are all manufactured off shore and that it would take years to replace them and restore service following an EMP attack. Maybe someone is addressing this issue but I haven't heard of it. Have you? Also, are our warships and warplanes as well as our strategic communications systems hardened? Another troubling issue.
