I have one sort of body signal that is pretty clear, I only move one finger. They mention rolling eyes, when i hear something pretty pathetic or way out in left field I do that at times. Crossing arms or even putting My hands behind My head, not often but its an indicator I've heard enough BS. A lot of times in Law Enforcement I don't signal much of anything especially if it likely to get physical as I'm paying attention even if not obvious to their moves. Often when I do say something its pretty direct and clear.
