Since convercent is a governance, risk management and compliance software platform that facilitates the design and implementation of compliance programs, I wonder how that program impacts the roles and responsivities of Compliance Officers.

Great question. As a software engineer here at Convercent, I would say that it helps in several ways. I am not an expert in the area of compliance programs other than being on the employee side of the equation for a long time. This platform has been the easiest to use I have ever run into. The flexibility I've seen our clients get out of it sometimes surprises me. Having worked on 3 other home grown systems, this is by far the best I've seen. And our engineering team is driving for even better. Our annual convention would be a great time to listen to not only our sales folks, but other clients as well.
