SP5 Mark Kuzinski and I bet most of that decision by the Senate ws driven by local public opinion and whether or not they would get reelected, not the the men and women alrady lost fighting for their country, because their country drafted them to go and fight or they volunteered to go fight because they believed in their country. Politics that let so many die in vain! Instead of finding a way to get community and national support for our men and women sacraficing theirs lives each and every day and putting a lid on the the freaking press our Government just made policy and decision based on which way the wind was blowing - just my opinion!

In hindsight that was a bad day when the Senate voted "58 to 37 in favor of adopting the Cooper-Church amendment to limit presidential power in Cambodia SP5 Mark Kuzinski.
If we had been more active in Cambodia it might have stopped Pol Pot from rising to powers and wreaking havoc on that nation.
