Ooorah!!!...

Wait a minute. "It respects the authority of a state to establish specific types of locations in which firearms may not be carried. Additionally, it respects a state’s resident permitting requirements..."

That part I don't like. I want to know that a place like California can't designate the entire state as a no-carry zone. Or entire cities or counties. Also, I want to know if California residents are stuck under draconian California laws -- can they get a CCL from a state like Utah and have it be good in California? Or are California residents just screwed?

Well, CA does have CCW. It's just 'may issue' and a pain in the butt and expensive to get. But since they do, any other CCW permit should work. But CA govt will try to circumvent anyway.

So far it depends on the county. Where I live the Sheriff won't enforce Browns new laws. He refuses to allow us o be disarmed. Other then that I don't know.

I love the thought of a National open carry-I find it to be a natural criminal deterrent. IMO the best way to deal with a bully is head on, stare them in the eye and make them blink first. By the criminals seeing the American public armed, they are being forced to blink IMO. We need to draw that proverbial line in the sand- and take back control. js

Where I live, Santa Cruz County, if you don't golf with our prick sheriff you don't get one. Only people getting CCW's in my county are wealthy white business owners who can afford to donate to the sheriff's reelection committee. We do have American sheriffs in CA however; the female sheriff in Fresno county is BETTY BADASS!
