Here in Tennessee as well, especially being so close to Nashville (where people work but live in Clarksville) and the military being here. I went and viewed a house yesterday, didn't want it but for whatever stupid still put a bid on it. It was rejected (obviously I don't care LOL). The house was $159, I bid $172. $172 is pushing it for a house with tiny rooms and no storage space but hey, someone loved it and got it.
